Clear Vision Design and Marketing LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as Clear Vision Marketing ("Clear Vision," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or working with us, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
We also automatically collect limited technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited, to operate and improve our website and to measure our own marketing.
When we build or manage a CRM, website, or marketing system for you, we handle data belonging to your customers, members, or contacts. That data is yours, not ours. We access it only to perform the services you have engaged us for, we do not use it for our own marketing, and we do not sell it. On request, or at the end of an engagement, we will return or delete the client data in our possession, except where we are required to retain records by law.
You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to collect the contact data you load into a system we build, including any SMS consent that data carries.
We send our newsletter and marketing emails only to people who have affirmatively opted in — for example, by checking the consent box on a signup or contact form. Consent is never assumed and the box is never pre-checked. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may unsubscribe at any time. Transactional messages about active work — invoices, project updates, and service notices — are not marketing and continue while your engagement is active.
When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages, Clear Vision may send you messages related to appointment confirmations and reminders, project and support updates, invoice and payment notices, and service announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance.
We collect your mobile number and SMS consent only through methods where you knowingly provide them, such as our contact forms, booking pages, and client intake forms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging platforms, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
See our SMS Terms of Service for full messaging program details.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf — including our CRM and messaging platform, email delivery, web hosting, analytics, and payment processing — and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may share information with subcontractors and design or development partners working on your project, under the same obligations described here. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or the security of our systems. As stated above, text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Business information you share with us in the course of an engagement — pricing, strategy, customer lists, internal processes, and unreleased work — is treated as confidential. We do not disclose it outside the people working on your project, and we do not use it to benefit another client. Portfolio and case-study use is a separate question; we ask before naming you or publishing your results.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. We may use analytics and advertising tools, including platform pixels, to measure our marketing. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
We retain your information for as long as needed to serve you and for legitimate business or legal purposes, including maintaining project records, contracts, and financial records required for tax and accounting. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us; we will honor the request except where we are required to keep records.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information in our care, including access controls on the platforms we manage. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe an account or credential we share has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Our services are directed to businesses and organizations, not to children. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will be revised accordingly.
