The website gets them to raise a hand. This is what happens next.

One inbox for texts, calls, email and Facebook messages. A text that goes out when you miss a call. Booking that fills your calendar without a phone tag. Review requests that send themselves.

What it does

Five things, running whether you're thinking about them or not

Missed-call text-back

You're on a ladder or on another call. They get a text within seconds that says you'll call back and asks what they need. The conversation keeps going instead of ending.

One inbox

Texts, calls, email, Facebook and Instagram messages in one place on your phone. No more checking five apps to find out who's waiting on you.

Online booking

They pick a time off your real calendar. It confirms, reminds them the day before, and reminds them again an hour out.

Review requests

The job closes, the ask goes out. Happy customers get pointed at Google. Unhappy ones get pointed at you first.

Reactivation

The people already in your phone who haven't heard from you in a year. One message to that list is usually the cheapest work you'll do all quarter.

Your numbers in one place

How many called, how many booked, where they came from. Enough to tell what's working, not a dashboard you'll never open.

Proof I actually use it

Five years of running it in my own ministry before selling it to anybody

I'm on staff at the Baptist Student Union at Missouri State. Every student who fills out a card gets a text back. Every event has a sign-up and a reminder that goes out on its own. That's the same system, same buttons, running on people I see every week.

And the first thing you should test is whether I answer my own phone. Call it.

Questions people ask

Before you get on the call

Do I have to move my website to use this?

No. The follow-up works behind whatever site you already have. Most people do end up moving it eventually, because one login beats three, but it isn't a condition.

Am I locked in?

Month to month. Cancel and you keep your domain and your contacts. Your list is yours and I'll export it for you.

Who sets it up?

I do. That's what the sit-down is for. You don't get handed a login and a tutorial library.

Will the texts get my number shut off?

Not if it's registered properly, which is part of setup. Every number sending business texts in the US has to be registered with the carriers, and your opt-in language and your STOP handling have to match what you registered. I do that for you before the first text goes out.

What if I'm bad with technology?

Then this is the right version. It lives on your phone and it looks like text messages, because mostly it is text messages.

Next step

Call and ask me the hard one

Or book the hour and we'll set the whole thing up from what you tell me.
